Find inspiration in the wondrous shapes and colors of the Organic Origami series by Serbian artist Goran Konjevod. As a former matematician and computer-science university professor, he dedicated the last ten years exploring the possibility of original work in origami. Most of his pieces are abstract shapes naturally formed by the tension of the paper when multiple layers are arranged according to regular or irregular patterns. Using single uncut sheets of paper or other foldable material, like copper, the effect is still three-dimensional, even if the fold remains “pureland”.
