For the past six years, Tatsuya Tanaka has been patiently creating miniature worlds for his online Miniature Calendar, diligently including his January days. Each image is a real setting made with everyday design objects that are inhabited by tiny humans. “Everyone must have had similar thoughts at least once”, he explains. “Broccoli and parsley might sometimes look like a forest, and everyday occurrences can bring us lots of fun thoughts”. This month’s adventures see snow plows with bread, swimmers on a classical guitar, sunset countryside settings, zebra ties crosswalks and much more.
